What I Got For Christmas 2017

Hello everyone! So a year ago, I also made a post like this and you can read it here. I’ve got a few things this Christmas and I’m absolutely thankful for everything, however, I received a lot of cash and I’m so so thankful for it haha because I need to save up money.

There’s no way I’m bragging by the things I’ve got. These were all given to me by my parents and friends. 🙂

Let’s start!

To start off, I’ve got these stuff from different shops. These were all bought by my mum. You guys probably remember the shirt because I’ve worn it last Christmas Eve and I’ve made an outfit post which you can check out here. The pink superman hoodie is really comfortable and I’m loving it so much!! Shirt: Penshoppe Hoodie: Penshoppe Jeans: Wrangler

Another favourite!!! I got this sweatshirt from my classmate on our Christmas party. It was so cold by then that when I received this, I was literally jumping and wore it immediately. This is such a goood comfy sweatshirt! Plus I really love the statement, “make it happen.”

This is another pretty one that I got from my mum. My mum bought this at the mall and I wore it on Christmas Eve. I basically had two outfits on Christmas Eve haha. This is our family’s picture on the 24th after mass:

Mum got it from Hug. 🙂

These are the last piece of clothes that I got. The black one is a ¾ sleeve blouse and the red one is basically a dress but if I were to wear it, it will be super short, I don’t know what would I do with it because it looks like a hoodie dress. Haha. Black ¾ sleeve blouse: Wrangler Red hoodie dress: Gucci

The last things that I got are these footwear! You guys can remember from my Christmas Wishlist that I really want a pair of Adidas black shoes, and here it is! 🙂 I also got a gray and black flipflop from Havaianas. 🙂

And these are all the things I got! How about you? What did you get for Christmas? Please do leave a link down below if you’ve made a post about this already! I’d love to read it! God bless you always! 🙂

Merry Christmas! | Blogmas Day 8

Hello everyone! Let’s start off with a really good Bible verse because you know, Jesus is the reason for this season.

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” – Isaiah 9:6

Earlier this day, we went to a chapel and attend mass. This was the first reading and I loved it so much. Just by hearing Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace makes my heart burst out in joy. Today, Christ was born and I can see that everybody is really happy.

Merry Christmas again, everyone! I hope you’re really happy today. Sending out virtual hugs to all of you. Let’s give love to one another. Let’s enjoy every moment because our Saviour is born!

Merryyy Christmas!!! I’m still at my grannie’s house that’s why we lack internet connection but I say it’s really good. We took a break from the internet for a while and enjoyed being with our family.

Anyway tomorrow is my 2nd blogiversary so stay tuned at my post because y’know, you might get surprised at it! 😉

Happy Christmas again! God bless you and your family!

The Christmas Tag! | Blogmas Day 5

Hello everyone and welcome back to another Blogmas post! Today’s post will be an exciting one because you know, Blogmas won’t be complete without a Christmas Tag or a Christmas Q & A! Plus, I have done this exact tag last year’s Blogmas!! Link will be down below so without further ado, let’s start!

The Christmas Tag

1. What’s your favourite Christmas movie?

– Every little ones know this movie, Elf!! Hooraaay!! Who doesn’t even want this movie?

2. Have you ever had a White Christmas?

– Nope, but I really want to experience a White Christmas! It doesn’t snow in my country, Philippines but swear, the Christmas spirit here is something that I wouldn’t trade for.

3. Where do you usually spend your holiday?

– I spend my holiday on my grandparent’s house. We all gather there together to have a little Christmas party and every moment with them are just the best!

4. What’s your favourite Christmas song?

– My current favourite now is Last Christmas by Mariah Carey. It’s really good and it has been playing for days already!

5. Do you open any presents in Christmas Eve?

– During Christmas Eves, we spend the time in the Church. We stay in the Church for like 5 hours because there’s a Christmas Eve program every year and we wouldn’t want to miss it. After the program, there will be a mass and after the mass, we go home and eat our prepared food. Usually, I open my presents the day after Christmas.

6. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer?

– I only know Rudolph, the red nose reindeer. Haha.

7. What holiday traditions are you most looking forward to this year?

– Exchange gifts! It has really been a thing in our clan, we missed it last year and I really want to have another one this year.

8. Is your tree real or fake?

– We use fake Christmas trees.

9. What is your favourite holiday food/sweet treat?

– I think it is also every Filipino’s favourite, graham! I don’t know if you guys have it in your country but graham in the Philippines are sooo yummy! Aside from graham, I also love Filipino dishes that is served during Christmas.

10. Be honest, do you like giving or receiving gifts better?

– Honestly, this is a really hard question. But if you give, then you receive as well so it’s a lot better to give.

11. What’s the best Christmas gift you’ve ever received?

– So far, the best gifts are the ones from my family. You know, the thought counts and I really appreciate everything they give to me.

12. What would be your dream place to visit in the holidays?

– Hogwarts? Uhm. Haha. To be honest, I’d like anywhere as long as I’m not in my hometown. I want to try and visit new places sooo…

13. Are you a pro-present wrapper, or do you fail miserably?

– I fail in wrapping presents! Even by wrapping books, I always fail. Haha.

14. Most memorable holiday moment?

– Back then, I’m not exactly sure when’s it, but when everyone in our family was complete, every little one in our clan is complete, it’s the most memorable one. Now, some has passed away, some flew to other countries to work and some just got… missing. I miss them badly.

15. What makes the holidays special for you?

– The completeness of my family and the clan. Every moment with them is something that I’ll always remember.

And hola! We’re done. I hope you liked my answers and if ever you’re curious about my former answers in the last christmas tag that I did, check it here: The Christmas Tag (2016)!

My Christmas Wishlist | Blogmas Day 4

Okay, so hello everyone! It’s Christmas, I’m pretty sure most of us are wanting certain things because you know, it’s the season of giving. Haha. So today, I’ll be sharing the top 5 of my Christmas wishlist with you all!

  • Laptop

Yeah friends, I still don’t have one. The good thing is, my phone worked so yeah, here I am now doing Blogmas. Anyway it’s on top of my wishlist because I really need it. I have all files in school and I don’t know where to save it. It’s really an essential especially now that we’re doing practical research. I really hope before this year ends or earlier next year I will be able to get one.

  • Printer

Alrighty! This is another essential so that I won’t have to ask my friends to print my schoolworks anymore. Really need this one too.

  • A pair of black running shoes

Especially the Adidas one. I’m really inlove with Adidas. I have the white Duramo 8 Adidas and now I really want a black one because you know, white shoes are just so prone to dirt and it’s always raining in my country.

Edit: I am so happy I finally got a new pair of Adidas shoes! It’s not the one in the picture but I’m still so thankful and happy for it.

  • Bible Journal

I really want this one. I already have my Bible and I’m really happy with the journalling that I am doing. But I don’t know, I really want a Bible where I can note sayings or something.

  • Journalling Notebook

For my 2018 life.

And these are my Christmas wishlist for this year! How about you guys? What do you want to receive this Christmas?

PS. There are other Blogmas posts coming up! 🙂 This is my entry for Dec. 19, 2017– I really had no time to post this because it was our exams week.

Christmas DIY Gift Ideas (feat. Hannah) | Blogmas Day 3

Sharing is caring, loving is giving! Today Hannah and I will share to you our DIY Christmas gifts. Christmas isn’t really Christmas without the exchanging of gifts and smiles. I will post 3 DIYs and these are all very easy to do.

Jar Full of M&M’s

This is so easy to do! Just find an empty jar at your home (it really depends on you) and put a pack of M&M’s and there you go! You can also put designs in the jar. I’ve put a Christmas tree and a “Merry Christmas” greeting outside the jar but you can’t see it in the picture.

And that’s it! You can give it to someone already. I’m very much sure they will appreciate it because you know, it’s chocolate and it’s M&M’s!

Bible Verses in a Jar

Some of you might be familiar in this DIY already. It’s because last May, I posted the DIY to give it to someone when the jar is already full of verses. You can click the link to see what the actual DIY looks like because I changed it up a bit.

Of course it had to be Christmassy! I really love it especially the maroon-ish ribbon at the opening!

Christmas Cards

You can never go wrong with Christmas cards! Whether you have or out of budget, you can certainly do Christmas cards to give away!

So I hope you liked these DIYs. Nurture your Christmas spirit by doing some DIYs and wrapping gifts!!

Be sure to check out Hannah’s post as well!!

Thank you all so much for reading. See you in my next blogmas post tomorrow!
